The rates must always be confirmed by one of our dealers, prior to a sale.

Large Transactions

A large transaction constitutes any single amount of £3,000 and above.

For transactions totalling £3,000 and above Thomas Exchange UK Ltd will need to see your current valid Passport (or UK driving licence).

For transactions totalling £6,000 and above Thomas Exchange UK Ltd will require your current valid Passport (or UK driving licence), a recent Utility Bill issued within the last 90 days, showing your current address, as well as a reason for the purchase (i.e. Holiday money, mortgage, property purchase etc.).

In certain circumstances we may require further documentation relating to the transaction.

This information is required to enable Thomas Exchange UK Ltd to comply with the current Anti- Money Laundering (AML) Regulations. All information given is held securely and in accordance with data protection legislation in the UK. Please see our privacy policy for further information.

Thomas Exchange UK Ltd may conduct searches through credit and identity-referencing agencies, other sources of information and use scoring methods to verify a Client's identity and credit rating. A record of this process will be kept and may be used to help other companies verify the Client's identity. Information may also be passed on to financial and other organisations to prevent fraud. Ordering and Payment

Royal Mail Delivery

For currency orders to be dispatched by post, payment can only be made to us by Internet

/Telephone banking: Account Number 43847568 Sort Code 30-65-41.

Please ensure that you use your name or the order number as a reference when making the payment. Please do not pay cash into our account as this may be subject to an extra charge and transaction being rejected.

In-Store Collection

For all online orders being paid for by bank transfer or debit card, we will require one form of valid ID.

Our account details are as follows. Account Number 43847568, Sort Code 30-65-41. Payee: Thomas Exchange UK Ltd.

Delivery Address

Thomas Exchange UK Ltd will not be liable for any losses incurred due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct information including the postcode.

Orders may only be sent to an alternative address (i.e. a work address) at the discretion of Thomas Exchange and this must arranged before ordering and payment being made.

Please be advised that it is your responsibility to be available to sign and accept delivery of your order. We will not accept any liability for fraudulent acts committed by a third party.

Customers should refuse to accept any damaged packages delivered by Royal Mail.

Delivery

Orders may be collected from our office, delivered to your workplace (Central London only) or posted to your home or work address.

Postage is despatched by secure and insured Royal Mail Special Delivery and should be received before 1.00pm on the following working day. The cost for this service is £12.50 per £1500 (or part of).

If for any reason your Royal Mail Special Delivery package does not reach you within the stated timeframe, Thomas Exchange UK Ltd will refer to the Terms & Conditions of the Royal Mail.

Individual cases can take up to 30 working days before a settlement is reached.

Governing Law

All customers who enter into a deal with Thomas Exchange UK Ltd accept that English Law governs the contract.
